- Three potatoes (I recommend using new potatoes)
- 3 egg yolks
- salt
- pepper
- shredded cheddar cheese
- green onion; thinly sliced
1. ) In a small pot bring water to a boil.
2. ) Dice potatoes
3. ) Boil potato for 15 minutes, or until soft
4.) Drain the potatoes and mash them
5.) Add your yolks into the mashed potatoes
6.) Next gently fold in your green onions, s& p, and your cheese with a rubber spatula.
7.) Put your potato mixture into a pastry bag with a large star tip and pipe out potato mounds onto a baking sheet.
8.) Bake them at 375 degrees for 20 mins until golden brown.
