5 skinless boneless or boneless chicken breasts
1 cup of buttermilk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
A pinch rosemary
A pinch thyme
Flour mixture
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 /2 cup paprika
3 cups corn oil for frying
1. In a large bowl add the buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika,rosemary and the thyme mix it really good and add the chicken to soak in mixture for at least 15 minutes.
2. Get a container add your flour, salt, black pepper, paprika and mix it very well.
3. Add your chicken to the dry mixture and toss it.
4. Get a large frying pan or a fryer and add your oil.
5. Sprinkle a little bit of flour to see if it's hot enough
6. Then put the chicken in the fryer, it will cook for 10 mins or until it is crispy.
