Raspberry almond muffin





Who doesn't like a muffins I love them and it's easy to get creative with them.i made raspberry almond muffins , they are easy to make and have a hint of sweet . And you could use a loaf pan . 


2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder 

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 tea  salt

4oz soft butter

1 cup sugar 

1/2 teaspoon almond extract 

2 eggs 

2 tablespoon sour cream

1 case of raspberries 

1/3 cups almonds 

Directions 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Grab a small bowl and put all the dry ingredients in and mix it together.

3. Grab a large bowl for the butter and sugar, blend sugar and butter until it is creamy.

4. Then add the eggs and sour cream and mix it in.

5. Add all the dry ingredients to the wet and mix it.

6.  Then add raspberry and almond in but don't over mix.

7.  Use an nonstick cooking spray  on the muffin pan 

8.  Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.  For a loaf bake for approximately 45 minutes.
